We are looking for a Technical Service & Sales Executive to manage technical service, customer relationships, and commercial activities for our Industrial Coatings business in the 2-Wheeler and 3-Wheeler segment. The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, customer handling, application support, and commercial acumen, with the ability to work closely with OEM customers and internal teams.

Provide technical service and application support to customers across the coating process.
|
|
|
|
Manage day-to-day technical interactions with 2W & 3W OEM customers.
|
|
|
|
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable coating solutions.
|
|
|
|
Conduct troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for coating/application-related issues.
|
|
|
|
Support product trials, testing, validation, and implementation at customer locations.
|
|
|
|
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer technical, quality, production, and purchase/commercial teams.
|
|
|
|
Handle commercial discussions and support business development within assigned accounts.
|
|
|
|
Identify opportunities for new business, product development, and account expansion.
|
|
|
|
Coordinate with internal R&D, production, quality, and sales teams to resolve customer requirements.
|
|
|
|
Maintain technical service reports, customer feedback, trial reports, and other relevant documentation.
|
|
|
|
Ensure achievement of assigned sales, service, and customer-retention objectives.
