Major Tasks to be Performed:

|
Operate PLC to monitor raw material tanks, reactors, thin tanks, batch tanks, resin storage tanks and other vessels to prevent possible overflow or contamination situations.
|
|
|
|
Monitor the progress of chemical reactions in reactors to ensure safe conditions and operation.
|
|
|
|
Monitor various automatic alarms within the control room and responds to them.
|
|
|
|
Monitor charts and record various types of data to streamline reactor operations while insuring quality.
|
|
|
|
Direct and follow up with Floor Operators to perform special tasks to maintain smooth operations of the reactor and processes such as material charging, sampling, material Transfer.
|
|
|
|
Record and maintain batch data in QIM6 Portal.
|
|
|
|
Maintain all the documents of RM &FG as PPG AP standards and shall be available as per requirement of shifts .
|
|
|
|
|
|
Knowledge of operating PLCs, knowledge of Rockwell will be of added advantage.
|
|
|
|
Good command on English language.
|
|
|
|
Good Monitoring and Analytical skills
|
|
|
|
Good Communication and Coordination Skills.
