The Strategic Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO / Founders / Senior Leadership. This role goes beyond calendar management and focuses on business coordination, strategic planning support, stakeholder communication, and execution tracking of key initiatives.

Executive & Strategic Support
|
|
|
|
Act as a trusted partner to the CEO / Director in strategic planning and execution
|
|
|
|
Prepare business reviews, dashboards, and performance reports
|
|
|
|
Track key business metrics and follow up on action items
|
|
|
|
|
|
Manage executive calendar with strategic prioritisation
|
|
|
|
Coordinate internal and external meetings, board meetings, and leadership reviews
|
|
|
|
Prepare agendas, MOMs, and ensure closure of discussion points
|
|
|
|
Assist in annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
|
|
|
Business Analysis & Reporting
|
|
|
|
Create presentations, MIS reports, and business summaries
|
|
|
|
Work closely with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations teams
|
|
|
|
|
|
Serve as a point of contact between leadership and internal teams
|
|
|
|
Manage communication with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
|
|
|
|
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
|
|
|
|
|
|
Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives
|
|
|
|
Monitor project timelines and deliverables
|
|
|
|
Assist in expansion plans, new launches, or business transformation initiatives
