Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture
|
|
|
|
7–12 years of relevant experience, with 2–4 years in a leadership role.
|
|
|
|
Strong expertise in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior product design.
|
|
|
|
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and SketchUp.
|
|
|
|
Advanced MS Excel proficiency is mandatory (costing sheets, pivot tables, MIS, reports).
|
|
|
|
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
|
|
|
|
Willingness to travel for client discussions, site visits & project closures
|
|
|
|
Strong problem-solving ability with a balance of creativity and operational discipline.
|
|
|
|
Experience in managing premium/customized projects preferred.
|
|
|
|
Ability to work under tight deadlines & manage multiple projects effectively.
|
|
