The Product Strategy & Innovation – Industrial Coatings & Auto OEM is responsible for defining and driving the long-term product vision across Auto OEM and Industrial Coatings segments. This role integrates deep customer insight, competitive intelligence, and sustainability alignment to shape a differentiated and future-ready product portfolio. The role also leads innovation and portfolio strategy through cross-functional collaboration.

Understand and capture both stated and latent customer needs across key accounts.

Develop tailored product, service, and solution offerings to maximize customer value and margins.

Capture and analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Monitor leading and lagging indicators across the coatings industry and regional markets.

Analyze current and emerging technology portfolios in the coatings space.

Evaluate alignment with sustainability trends and regulatory shifts (e.g., low-VOC, recyclability).

Portfolio Strategy & Innovation

|
Design and manage a Multi-Generation Product Portfolio (MGPP) across substrates and applications.
|

|
Drive innovation by identifying customer challenges (e.g., adhesion on recycled plastics).
|
|
|
Ensure coverage across substrate protection, decorative (liquid/powder), and functional coatings.
|

Strategic Leadership & Alignment
|
|
|
Lead product strategy and roadmap development in collaboration with R&D and commercial teams.
