The HR Manager will act as a single-point HR Business Partner for the plant, responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations with strong focus on Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), compliance, workforce management, and stakeholder coordination, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Manage IR climate at plant level, including engagement with contract labour and third-party vendors

|
Handle shop-floor issues, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Support harmonious union/worker relations (where applicable)

Compliance & Statutory Management
|
|
|
|
Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and audits
|
|
|
|
Coordinate with third-party vendors for compliance, administration, and statutory documentation

|
|
Manage inspections, notices, and liaison with labour authorities

|
Administration & Security Oversight
|
|
|
|
Oversee plant administration through third-party service providers
|

|
|
Ensure effective coordination for security, housekeeping, transport, and facilities

HR Operations & HRBP Responsibilities

|
|
|
End-to-end HR operations for plant employees

|
|
|
Payroll coordination (permanent & contract) with vendors
|
|
|
|
Talent management initiatives including performance management system (PMS)
|

|
Act as a strategic HRBP to plant leadership on manpower planning and productivity

Hiring & Workforce Planning
|
|
|
|
Manage plant-level hiring (white collar & critical roles)

|
Coordinate with TA teams for recruitment and onboarding

Workforce planning for contract labour in line with production requirements

Learning, Training & Capability Building
|
|
|
|
Identify training needs for staff and shop-floor workforce
|
|
|
|
Coordinate statutory and functional trainings
|
|
|
|
Support leadership development initiatives at plant level

|
|
|
|
Prepare and analyze HR dashboards related to manpower, attrition, absenteeism, productivity, and compliance.
