Manage end-to-end Plant HR operations.

Handle recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning.

Manage employee relations and grievance handling.

Support Industrial Relations (IR) and shop-floor HR activities.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

Manage contract labour and contractor coordination.

Coordinate attendance, payroll and leave management.

Handle disciplinary actions and employee-related issues.

Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Maintain HR MIS, reports and employee records.

Support performance management and appraisal processes.

Coordinate with plant leadership and corporate HR.

Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
