As part of the Founders’ Office at FanPark, you will work directly with the leadership team to drive strategic and operational priorities across the business. This is a high-ownership role for someone who knows how to get things done - someone who can connect the dots across teams, flag what's falling through the cracks, and keep the business moving.

Ensure end-to-end execution of key business initiatives by coordinating across teams from hiring and deployment to partner onboarding and program operations

Act as the connective tissue between business verticals and central functions (HR, finance, marketing, tech) to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Track progress against key milestones and hold internal stakeholders accountable to timelines and deliverables

Identify bottlenecks early and work with the right people to resolve them before they escalate

Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into business performance

Drive cross-functional alignment on shared priorities across verticals

Identify process gaps and work with relevant teams to build systems, playbooks, and SOPs that scale
