Supply Chain Processes - Controls for material quality management, production planning & scheduling, resource utilization, KANBAN, FIFO etc.

|
|
Paint Technology & Product Knowledge - Appreciation of paint designing - product knowledge (critical to quality), critical to quality (design and process failure modes), formulation guidelines, specifications, customer specific requirement
|

|
Quality Systems - ISO 9001/16949, Internal Auditing, FMEA, R&R, customer specific requirement, customer complaint handling processes.

|
|
Problem Solving - Knowledge of various quality and problem solving tools such as RCA, fish bone analysis, six sigma, process mapping, why-why analysis, SPC / statistical tools like 2K full factorial, variable search, PDCA (Plan, do, check and act)
|
|
|
|
Systems Knowledge - Knowledge of SAP (PM, MM, WH ), Production Scheduler. Should be able to generate and view various reports.

Should have experience in Chemical/paints/adhesives/sealants industry
