Site Coordination: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and design specifications.
|
|
|
|
Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality execution and compliance with design standards.
|
|
|
|
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate labor, materials, and equipment to maintain steady productivity.
|
|
|
|
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
|
|
|
|
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site logs, daily progress reports, and comprehensive records of completed work.
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
Education: Diploma or Certification in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
|
|
|
|
Experience: A minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision.

|
|
|
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction drawings and materials.
|
|
|
|
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
|
|
|
|
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage site teams.
|
|
|
|
Mobility: Willingness and readiness to travel across Kerala as project needs dictate
