Mentorship: You will inherit a sales team that needs direction. Your job is to coach them, join them on critical calls, and help them close deals they are stuck on.

Process Excellence: Champion the use of Zoho CRM (SPANCO process). We believe in data-driven sales, and you will help the team understand why discipline leads to better earnings.

Culture Building: Foster a culture of transparency and performance. We want a team that feels supported, not just pressured.

Partner Ecosystem: Identify and onboard credible System Integrators and Resellers in Tier-2 cities to ensure we have a reach beyond the metros.
