The role is responsible for building a high-performance culture, managing key talent processes, and driving organisational effectiveness initiatives in partnership with the CHRO and business leaders.

Drive succession planning for critical roles.

Manage annual talent reviews and follow-through actions.

Develop competency frameworks and career paths.

Build and run leadership development programs and HiPo journeys.

Partner with external institutes to enhance capability-building.

Measure learning effectiveness and improve program impact.

Support performance calibration and talent-linked decisions.
