Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery of the HR transformation programme.

Translate the programme roadmap into detailed activities, timelines and deliverables.

Define ownership and accountability across HR transformation workstreams.

Develop HR frameworks, policies, processes and SOPs.

Support organization structure and manpower planning initiatives.

Coordinate with client stakeholders, consultants and specialist resources.

Drive implementation and ensure timely completion of programme deliverables.

Conduct HR data analysis and synthesize key findings.

Develop recommendations and management presentations.

Manage programme governance, trackers and action plans.

Maintain issue, risk and dependency logs.

Monitor programme progress and provide regular status updates.

Identify delivery risks and escalate critical issues to senior stakeholders.

Work closely with the Acting CHRO and leadership team on transformation priorities
