Work with coaches to understand their growth aspirations and work towards relevant upskilling opportunities

Maintain regular touchpoints with deployed coaches to ensure satisfaction with their assignments

Help create a strong FanToPark community culture among coaches across geographies
|
|
|
|
|
|
Assist with documentation, and onboarding formalities for new hires
|
|
|
|
Maintain HR records and ensure data hygiene across systems
|
|
|
|
Coordinate with payroll/finance for timely processing of coach compensation
|
