Provide market intelligence (understanding of demand, consumer behavior, competitor operations etc.) and trends to enable shaping the area sales plan

Develop the sales plan for the territory aligned with the plan for the area.

Bifurcate the territory sales targets to targets by brand (UB economy, HUM), SKUs and outlets basis sales trends (last year industry, current), potential etc.

|
Engage with the supervisor for expense budget for the territory. Monitor expenditure vis-à-vis the budget and manage deviations
|
|
|
Monitor allocated sales and distribution targets and conduct daily discussions with the team to review performance by outlet. Identify deviation/s, analyze root cause, and plan/escalate for timely course correction
|
|
|
Consolidate feedback from the partners and share with the supervisor
|
|
|
Follow up with concerned stakeholders for receivables and settlement of claims
|
|
|
Ensure adherence to sales SOPs (as applicable) by team
|
|
|
|
Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships both within and external to the organization to ensure achievement of sales objectives
|
|
|
Engage with key stakeholders at depots, retailer, syndicate outlets to: drive increased sales
|
|
|
Identify opportunity to increase visibility and reach of UBL products
|
|
|
Get input on competitor brand performance
|
|
|
Get feedback for business improvement
|
|
|
Engage with ASMs during the Branch meets to exchange best practices
|
