Drive product trials, demonstrations, and technical trainings at workshops.
|
|

Work closely with painters and technicians to increase product adoption and stickiness.

|
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for coatings, consumables, tools, and accessories.
|
|
|
|
Monitor primary & secondary sales and ensure demand generation at bodyshops.
|
|
|
|
Drive market share gains vs. competition (3M, Akzo, Asian Paints, Nerolac, PPG, etc.)
|
|
|
|
|
|
Execute promotional activities, spot offers, product launches, and painter engagement programs.
|
|
|
|
Identify high-potential markets and expand coverage across authorized and independent workshops.
