Conducting site visits (client home) for site measurements and installation.

Design using software to the satisfaction of the client.

Managing existing customers – order updates, follow-up on-site readiness, kitchen installation scheduling, customer query resolutions, taking feedback, etc.

Booking orders on software and coordinating for the material dispatch with backend teams.
|
|
|
Required to do follow-ups post-sales.
|
|
|
Maintaining database & follow-up with architects and interior designers to generate leads for that region.
|
|
|
Required to report sales and order booking data to the manager regularly.
