Analyze the complaints trend on monthly basis and preparing CAPA by identifying root cause of failures.

Standardization of operating parameters of the appliances to be set with evident reference points.

|
|
Prepare standard training manual for conducting trainings.
|
|
|
Ensuring that repairing of spares is done to avoid replacement of complete FG to minimize replacement cost.
|
|
|
Collecting market feedback by customer and dealer visits.
|
|
|
Feedback to Service Manager on all the above.
|
|
|
He may be allotted any additional responsibility necessitated at the region.
|
|
|
Job is transferable from one division to another division, as per company’s requirement.
