We’re looking for a Data Analyst/Analytics Manager who can turn messy, scattered data into crisp, decision-ready insights. You’ll work closely with business, product, and technology teams to decode patterns, optimise funnels, and build intelligence into everything we do.

Analyse datasets across sales, insurance products, claims, and customer journeys

Identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities

Translate data into a clear business impact

Build and maintain dashboards/MISs (Excel/Power BI / Tableau / SQL, etc.)

Automate recurring reports for leadership and teams (Cronjobs)
|

|
Work with sales, product/tech, and marketing teams to solve real business problems

|
Support decision-making with data-backed insights
|

|
Clean, structure, and validate data from multiple sources (CRM, APIs, insurers, 3rd Party Systems)

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
|

Work with the tech team on data pipelines and integrations
