We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR who will act as a hands-on HR generalist, driving recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement as we scale. This is a high ownership role with direct exposure to founders and business teams.

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
|
|
|
|
Manage end-to-end hiring for telesales, operations, and support roles
|
|
|
|
Coordinate with consultants and job portals to build a strong pipeline
|
|
|
|
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure closures
|
|
|
|
Maintain TAT and quality of hires
|
|
|
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:
|
|
|
|
Drive smooth onboarding and documentation
|
|
|
|
Manage employee records, HRMS updates, and compliance trackers
|
|
|
|
Handle confirmations, exits, and the full employee lifecycle
|
|
|
HR Operations & Compliance:
|
|
|
|
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
|
|
|
|
Ensure compliance with labour laws and documentation
|
|
|
|
Maintain HR policies and standard operating processes
|
|
|
|
|
|
Drive engagement initiatives for sales teams
|
|
|
|
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
|
|
|
|
Build a positive, high-energy work culture
|
