Convert design concepts into accurate and execution-ready drawings.

|
Coordinate with clients, interior designers, contractors, and site teams.

|
|
Make design revisions based on client requirements and site conditions.
|
|
|
|
Ensure drawings follow project specifications, measurements, and design standards.
|
|
|
|
Assist in material selection, space planning, and design development.
|
|
|
|
Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements when required.
|
|
|
|
Prepare drawings and presentations for client approvals.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD / 2D Drafting
|
|
|
|
Proficiency in SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit or similar 3D software
|
|
|
|
Knowledge of V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape will be an advantage
|
|
|
|
Good understanding of residential planning and architectural detailing
|
|
|
|
Strong knowledge of space planning, elevations, sections, and working drawings

|
|
Ability to interpret architectural concepts and convert them into drawings
|
|
|
|
Good communication and coordination skills
|

|
|
Knowledge of materials and residential construction practices
