  • If you upgraded to the Premium Plan by mistake, please drop us a mail at support@biofie.com within one day from the upgrade. We will cancel your pro-membership and refund the amount within 48 hours. The refunded amount will reflect in your account in 14 to 21 business days.

  • If you have availed the 'Personal Introduction Video Assistance' or 'Resume writing services' by mistake, please drop us a mail at support@biofie.com within one day from the upgrade. We will cancel your pro-membership and refund the amount within 48 hours. The refunded amount will reflect in your account in 14 to 21 business days.

  • The premium subscription wouldn't be cancelled however, if the candidate has already created and downloaded his resume from biofie.com.
