Facilitate regular meetings with union representatives to discuss and resolve issues amicably.
Conflict Resolution
Manage and resolve workplace conflicts, employee grievances, and disputes efficiently to maintain industrial harmony.
Implement effective communication channels between employees, management, and unions.
Employee Relations
Promote a positive work environment through effective employee engagement programs.
Develop and implement policies and practices that enhance employee morale and productivity.
Disciplinary Action
Oversee disciplinary procedures to ensure they are carried out fairly and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Handle sensitive cases of employee misconduct or violations of company policies.
Training and Development
Provide training to management and employees on industrial relations, labor laws, and conflict resolution.
Promote awareness of IR issues and encourage best practices across the organization.
