Channel Development & Dealer satisfaction

Market study & research, competition bench marking on an ongoing basis

|
Building relations with external customers like dealers, distributors and architects & designers
|
|
|
|
Ensure timely collections & payments from the distributors/channelpartners

Generating and monitoring ROI for all the dealers
