The position is that of frontline sales personnel who would primarily be responsible for sales and penetration of Décor category products like wallpaper, furniture etc. in defined geographies through retailers (furnishing stores, furniture stores etc.).

• Ensuring sales delivery on all décor categories in the geography- wallpaper, furniture etc.

|
|
• Responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly and annual promise sales figures and category level plans
|
|
|
|
• Coordination for material delivery to retailers.
|
|
|
|
|
|
• Responsible for sustenance of existing network and for Network expansion.
|
|
|
|
• Responsible for Monitoring Outstanding and Collections from customers
|
|
|
|
• Interaction with end customers like Architects, interior designers to help aid secondary sales
|
|
|
|
• Secondary sales activities like shop staff training, customer activations
|
|
|
|
• Customer handling and resolution and closure of issues.
|
|
|
|
• Regular adherence of visit metrics like DVR, VFI
|
|
|
|
|
|
• Upkeep of existing display, ensuring display of new range of products, presence of books of new collections, disposing and discarding old collections.
