The position is that of frontline sales personnel (Customer Experience Specialist – CES) who would primarily be responsible for customer acquisition and site conversion for the Beautiful Homes Service.

Responsible for conversion of customer leads, received through various sources, for the Beautiful Homes Service (BHS).

|
Educating the customer about BHS service, materials, and products.
|
|
|
|
Interact with the customer to understand his/her needs and prepare the initial BoQ.
|
|
|
Work with the BHS Design team to prepare the initial design for the site and share with the customer.
|
|
|
Identification and finalization of General Contractor (GC), depending on the site.
|
|
|
Handle all customer queries, issues and complaint resolution till the site is handed over to the CES – Site Execution.
|
|
|
|
Responsible for Sales collection from the customer (site booking amount).
