Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute civil construction projects.

Supervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors.

Review structural and architectural drawings.

Ensure work complies with quality, safety, and statutory standards.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.

Coordinate with architects, MEP, structural consultants, and clients.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Prepare BOQs, estimates, billing, and progress reports.

Manage material procurement and quality inspections.

Ensure timely project handover and documentation.
