Work closely with the commercial department to ensure timely availability of raw materials and maintain plant inventories at their optimal

Maximizing line efficiency and minimizing downtime by putting strong systems for preventive maintenance and root cause analysis.
|
|
|
|
Ensuring preventive maintenance as per plan for bottling equipment.
|
|
|
|
Monitoring and reducing of wastes in packaging.
|
|
|
|
Ensuring quality in packaging with stage-wise monitoring of various quality parameters.
|
|
|
|
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed in the plant.
|
|
|
|
Ensuring high levels of hygiene in the production area
|
|
|
|
Preparation of estimates in respect of modernization, upgradation of the plant and production process and implementing any new projects in the packaging area To give on-the-job training to the subordinates.
