Execute preventive, predictive, breakdown, and opportunity maintenance activities for rotating equipment to ensure maximum plant availability and reliability.

|
Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps, compressors, blowers, gearboxes, agitators, and other rotary equipment.
|
|
|
|
Plan and monitor daily maintenance activities while ensuring adherence to engineering standards and maintenance procedures.
|
|
|
|
Manage manpower effectively for maintenance execution and shutdown activities.
|
|
|
|
Coordinate procurement of mechanical spares, materials, and consumables to ensure timely availability.
|
|
|
|
Oversee fabrication, piping, structural repairs, and equipment installation/modification works.
|
|
|
|
Maintain the Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and prepare maintenance reports, MIS, equipment history, and KPI dashboards.
|
|
|
|
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
|
|
|
|
Ensure compliance with safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and EHS practices in chemical plant operations.
|
|
|
|
Collaborate with production, utility, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability, plant efficiency, and maintenance performance.
|
|
|
|
Support plant shutdown planning, execution, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
|
|
|
|
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, SOPs, and company maintenance policies.
