Key Responsibilities & KRAs:

Field Operations: Identify potential villages within a 30 km radius of the branch and ensure daily coverage of assigned centers.

Customer Acquisition: Form groups, identify potential customers, and achieve monthly sourcing targets.

Disbursement & Collections: Manage loan disbursements and maintain a repayment efficiency of = 98%.

Compliance: Ensure zero KYC or process errors during documentation.

Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with customers and external stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience: Relevant background in Microfinance (Group Loan/SHG/JLG).

Credit Score: Minimum CIBIL score of 650 or no history.

Logistics: Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Language: Fluency in the local language (Telugu).

Notice Period: Immediate joiners (with relieving letter) or a maximum of 30 days (with resignation acceptance).
