This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to quality norms. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure products meet specified quality norms. This role is responsible to carry out product testing as per the quality norms, handling of shift operations, reporting the outcome of the shifts to reporting manager.

Ensure product specific quality requirements are met

Maintaining department hygiene.

Reporting abnormalities identified during testing.

|
Ensure RM approvals happen on time
|

|
Upkeep of the testing equipment’s used for analysis.
|
|
|
|
Maintaining inventory of consumables required for testing.
|
|
|
Maintenance & calibration of equipment
|
|
|
|
Complete the internal calibration as per the schedule
|
|
|
|
Report any abnormality related to equipment to
|
|
|
|
superior & take the follow up to get it completed
|
|
|
|
|
|
Understand the requirements of various audits related to quality, safety etc.
|
|
|
|
Understand role & responsibility & work accordingly
|

|
|
|
Ensure that work is done as per the defied procedures to meet the quality requirement.

Report abnormality related to quality to superior
|

|

|
Ensure that people working in shifts are properly communicated on the work to be done.
