Interpret architectural, structural, and civil engineering designs to produce clear and precise technical drawings for execution.

Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams to incorporate design changes and resolve drafting-related issues.

|
|
|
Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and revision drawings throughout different stages of the project lifecycle.
|
|
|
|
Generate quantity-related drawings, material layouts, reinforcement details, and construction documentation to support project execution.
|
|
|
|
Ensure all drawings include accurate dimensions, annotations, symbols, legends, and technical specifications required for construction.
|
|
|
|
Maintain drawing registers, revision histories, document control records, and ensure proper version management of all project drawings.
|
|
|
|
Verify drawing accuracy by conducting regular quality checks before submission for client or engineering approval.
|
|
|
|
Assist engineering teams in preparing design presentations, technical documentation, and project reports whenever required.
|
|
|
|
Coordinate with site personnel to incorporate field changes, RFIs, and site observations into updated drawings.
|
|
|
|
Prepare and organize drawing packages for tendering, construction, approvals, and project handover.
|
|
|
|
Utilize CAD software and other drafting tools efficiently to improve productivity and maintain drawing consistency across projects.
|
|
|
|
Review construction drawings to identify discrepancies, clashes, or missing information and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
|
|
|
|
Ensure compliance with company drafting standards, engineering best practices, and applicable statutory regulations.
|
|
|
|
Support project planning by preparing conceptual layouts, preliminary sketches, and detailed engineering drawings based on project requirements.
|
|
|
|
Maintain organized digital records of drawings, templates, and project files to ensure easy retrieval and document traceability.
|
|
|
|
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration between civil, structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
|
|
|
|
Stay updated with the latest drafting software, CAD standards, and industry best practices to continuously improve drawing quality and efficiency.
|
|
|
|
Provide technical support during project execution by issuing drawing revisions and clarifications as required.
|
|
|
|
Ensure timely completion and delivery of all drafting assignments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
