Conduct daily webinars and training sessions for users.

Drive app activation, engagement, and retention.

Follow up with inactive users and encourage platform adoption.

Promote new app features, campaigns, and business opportunities.

Gather user feedback and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Maintain activity reports and user engagement data.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
