Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Manager to oversee the training, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI-powered bots and assistants used across the organization. The role will focus on ensuring that AI systems have accurate knowledge of insurance products, policies, processes, SOPs, and business information to provide reliable support to employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Train and manage AI bots using company knowledge bases, policy documents, SOPs, product manuals, and operational guidelines.

Ensure AI systems are regularly updated with the latest insurance products, policy terms, regulatory changes, and business processes.

Work closely with business teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into AI knowledge frameworks.

Manage AI access to approved databases and internal information repositories while ensuring data security and compliance.

Monitor AI bot responses and continuously improve accuracy, relevance, and user experience.

Validate and test AI-generated responses to ensure alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.

Create and maintain structured knowledge libraries for insurance products, claims, underwriting, renewals, customer service, and operations.

Coordinate with IT, Operations, Claims, Sales, and Compliance teams to keep AI knowledge current and accurate.

Analyze AI usage trends, identify knowledge gaps, and implement corrective actions.

Develop governance processes for AI content management and access controls.
